Shilajit Green Juice
Ingredients
- Small piece of ginger
- Handful of spinach
- 1 green apple
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Drizzle of honey
- 1 glass of water
- Pea-size amount of Shilajit
Instructions
- Add the ginger, spinach, green apple, lemon juice, honey, and water to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Strain through a sieve to remove any pulp, if desired.
- Add the Shilajit, stir well until fully dissolved, and enjoy fresh.
