Shilajit Green Juice

Ingredients
  • Small piece of ginger
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 green apple
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Drizzle of honey
  • 1 glass of water
  • Pea-size amount of Shilajit
Instructions
  1. Add the ginger, spinach, green apple, lemon juice, honey, and water to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Strain through a sieve to remove any pulp, if desired.
  4. Add the Shilajit, stir well until fully dissolved, and enjoy fresh.
