Shilajit Herbal Tea

Ingredients
  • ½ teaspoon high-quality, purified Shilajit resin
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • Chopped fresh ginger (optional, for a spicy kick)
Instructions
  1. Chopped fresh ginger (optional, for a spicy kick)
  2. Pour one cup of warm (not boiling) water into a mug
  3. Add ½ teaspoon of Shilajit resin and stir until fully dissolved
  4. Add honey and chopped fresh ginger if desired
  5. Stir well, inhale the earthy aroma, and sip slowly
  6. Pair with a handful of nuts or dark chocolate for a wholesome ritual
